Since opening our Tashkent office in 2025, we have built a growing local team with dedicated Recruitment support. Our colleagues in Uzbekistan contribute directly to international projects, collaborating with Accesa teams and clients across Europe.

Where is your office in Tashkent located?
Our office is located in Modera Towers at 19/2 Shota Rustaveli Street, Yakkasaray district a modern, multifunctional complex offering premium office space in a central area near Friendship Park and key metro stations
What does the hiring process look like?

Do I need English to work at Accesa?
Yes, English is important for collaboration with our international teams. Russian and Uzbek are also welcome and valuable in our local projects.
Can I work remotely or is it office-based?
We embrace a hybrid setup. You can enjoy flexibility to work from home, while spending at least 3 days in our Modera Towers office to connect with colleagues, share ideas, and be part of a vibrant community.
What happens during onboarding?
Our international People Office team has designed a custom onboarding program tailored for our Tashkent colleagues. From day one, our local recruiter and HR team will guide you step by step, while your direct manager & team will support your operational onboarding — helping you integrate into your specific project and start contributing with confidence.
